    These ovens are most suitable for the process in which the products are to be placed inside the oven from the top. The door fully opens and expose the work area for easy loading. The ovens are used for a variety of heat treatment process. NSW has 10 Standard sizes from 35 Cubic feet to 250 cubic feet with max. working temperature upto 250 Deg. C

    Door could be horizontal sliding or can lift from one end with the help of electro-mechanical /pneumatic system.

    Description

    • Construction: The oven is made out of Mild steel sheets form outside and stainless/ G.I sheets from inside. The oven is duly painted with Enamel Paint giving a rich look from outside.
      The body is fully insulated with 50 – 100 MM of mineral wool between the outer two walls to minimize the heat losses.
    • Choice of Air circulation: Vertical, horizontal or combination
    • Heating media: Electric / Gas / Diesel
    • Control panel with Standard Controls
    • Voltage Stabilizer: in case of gas/diesel fired heating systems

    • Temperature control: PID with or without temp. Profiling (ramp & soak) can be provided with SSR/ SCR for optimum accuracy. The programming of PID can vary from 4 programmes to 99 programmes.
    • Temperature Recorder: Microprocessor based, strip chart or paper less, Multi-point Temp. Indicator cum Recorder \ Digital Timer, with / without buzzer, to turn off the oven at the end of cycle time at the set temperature.
    • Heater Failure Indicator: Particular heater can be easily identified whether it is in working condition or not. If damaged can be easily replaced in very short span.
    • PLC With HMI / MMI: PLC can be provided for automation and integration of whole system, data feeding, process display and fault indication can be seen in MMI.
    • SCADA System: High quality integration and controlling from one point can be done with SCADA.
    • Exhaust: Automatic forced exhaust system with fresh air inlet.
    • Door switch: Door interlocking system will switch off the blower and the heating system if the oven doors are open.
    • Automatic door: for better space management and to automise the door opening and closing process, vertical/horizontal sliding door arrangement can be provided.
    • Shelf: Additional shelves can be provided.
    • Trolley: Additional trolley can be provided.
    • Stand: for the smaller size ovens

    Walk-In Ovens

    These ovens are suitable for removing moisture from plastic granules, epoxy potting, organic/ inorganic pulp, roasting / drying of food products like dry fruits, corn flakes and other edible products. The product is placed inside the oven on the trays for the drying, curing or the roasting process. The temperature ranges from a few degrees above the ambient temperature to 200 degree C. The sizes range from 6 Trays to 288 Trays. Each tray of 400 x 800 MM is capable of carrying approximately 4 – 5 kg’s of material to be processed. The panel can be mounted on the side or on the top of the oven depending on your requirement. Insulation of 100 MM is provided to minimize the heat losses during operation.

    Multi-Tier Conveyor Oven

    Multi-Tier Conveyor Oven

    This is a specialized conveyor oven for the product which needs to be turned during the heating process. This system consists of minimum two (2) tiers of conveyor systems and can go up to any number of conveyors one beneath the other. Loading and un loading can be at the same side or in the opposite sides depending on the customers requirement. This kind of system is most appropriate for the processes like drying & roasting of dry fruits, vegetables, bread crumbs, etc.
